Some good recommendations there guys. Haven’t tried the Hollick but the others I’ve tried and think highly of.

One thing Brad, could you stick the t back on the end of your pronunciation of Moet please!

A good point Cam! Unfortunately that one is a hangover (so to speak!) from my french studies in high school. I actually do remember having an argument some time ago about the correct pronunciation – and I was convinced I was right! Based on my very limited french studies I thought that without the “et Chandon” the “t” in Moet becomes silent. But it was pointed out to me that the Moet is in reference to Claude Moët – and he was actually a Dutchman born in France. Plus apparently the “diaeresis” (the two little dots) on the ‘e’ makes a difference – but my french knowledge doesn’t extend that far!!

    cheers
    Brad
